This 9 day Twiga Trail Safari shows the diversity of Kenya. Starting and ending in Nairobi and visiting the spectacular Lake Nakuru National Park - home to thousands of flamingoes, then a classic wildlife safari in the Masai Mara and ending in the exotic beach destination of Mombasa.
Day 1: Nairobi, Kenya
You start your tour upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Here you are met by a representative and transferred to your Nairobi accommodation. Lunch and dinner on your own account. Overnight on a bed and breakfast basis.
Day 2: Lake Nakuru National Park, Kenya
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before driving to Lake Nakuru National Park. Lunch is had at your lodge before an exciting afternoon game/bird viewing drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight on a full board basis.
Days 3-4: Masai Mara, Kenya
After tucking into a delicious breakfast at the lodge, you drive further southwest on the floors of the Great Rift Valley past Liota plains to the spectacular Masai Mara Game Reserve - one of the world's premier wildlife sanctuaries. On day 4 of your Masai Mara safari tour there is a wakeup call with coffee and tea before your morning game/bird viewing drive.
Return to the sumptuous breakfast at camp, spending the rest of your morning at leisure. Lunch is had at camp before your afternoon game/bird viewing drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight on a full board basis.
Day 5: Masai Mara, Kenya
Spend another day at your Masai Mara safari camp enjoying morning and afternoon game drives where you can see a diversity of African wildlife. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight on a full board basis.
Day 6: Mombasa, Kenya
After an early breakfast, bid farewell to the majestic Masai Mara and drive back to Nairobi. Lunch is at the Brazilian styled Carnivore Restaurant. In the late afternoon, you transfer to the airport for your coast flight.
On arrival at Moi Airport you will be met and transferred to your beach hotel. Dinner and overnight at your Mombasa beach accommodation on a half board basis.
Days 7 & 8: Mombasa, Kenya
Spend 2 extra nights at a Mombasa beach hotel on a half board basis. Relax by the pool or take scrolls along the sandy white beaches. Watersports can be enjoyed such as jet skiing, sailing, diving and more.
Day 9: Mombasa - Nairobi, Kenya
Bid so long to the beach hotel as you are transferred to Moi Airport for your flight back to Nairobi. Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you directly connect with your outbound international departure flight home.
