The main building at Mara Rianta Camp consists of a welcoming reception area and a lounge which is comfortably furnished. There is a well-stocked library where you can grab a book to read, or just relax and use the Wi-Fi. Sip on a refreshing drink from the cocktail lounge. There is also a restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served.
Elegant Safari Accommodation
One of the most elegant of the Mara tented camps, Mara Rianta Camp offers accommodation in 20 luxury tents which are pitched on raised wooden platforms on the edge of the Mara where Hippo bellow and bluster and many other animals come down to drink. The tents are furnished with either a King-sized or Twin beds and have an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and all the modern amenities. Hot water is provided through solar heating. The tent has a small sitting area with comfortable chairs and a writing desk.
The Acacia Dining Room
Savour delicious meals while staying at Mara Rianta Camp. The cuisine is eclectic in its use of ingredients and meals are based on fresh Kenyan produce. Breakfast and Lunch are normally served buffet style, offering a wide selection of dishes to choose from. Dinner is a la carte. Special theme nights such as barbeque night are held throughout the week with entertainment of Maasai dancing.
