The Mara Explorer Tented Camp offers accommodation in luxury tents pitched on raised platforms on the banks of the Talek River. Each tent if furnished in the grand safari style of the days gone by with king-size or twin beds, hand carved mahogany furniture, antique chests and historic prints.
Each tent has a well-appointed en-suite bathroom with all the modern amenities. They also have an open air bathroom with a deep Victorian ball and claw bath, where guests can soak in private while admiring the view over the African bush. The tents have roll-up sides so that guests can make the most of the endless views over the plains.
